We do not sell your data. We share data only with the integrations you explicitly enable (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, EasyOrders, AI providers, etc) and with service providers strictly required to operate the platform.

4. Security

Production data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted to authenticated members of your workspace, with role-based permissions and audit logs.

5. Data Retention

You can delete contacts, messages, and your full account from the dashboard at any time. We retain backups for a limited period for disaster recovery.

6. International Transfers

Data may be processed in countries where our infrastructure or providers operate. By using شات هب you consent to those transfers, subject to the protections we apply.

7. Your Rights

8. Children
